THE 6th NSW Filos Cup went to defending champion Amigos, who trounced a game Merque quintet in a nail-biting grand final, 45-42, at the Ryde YMCA Stadium, North Ryde, on Saturday, June 15.
Merque kicked off hostilities by pulling ahead, 16-6, early in the first half.

In the other semi, FNC Miller edged JayHawks, 33-35.
In the elimination round, FNC Miller turned back Young Guns, 52-39, to place second in group A and nail the third semi slot.
